程序为我所调试过了，我花了三个多星期编写的，用于电厂的
传输用ODBC形式
报表采用了 用友的嵌入式的报表，并且对报表有时间限制，在同一张表中：有只读和修改限制，数据有自动的也有人工的，也有计算的，数据格式子在特定的条件下可以确定权限。
此程序真的很费我心思，忘下载者珍藏，斧正。
