自己做的ActiveX系统配置控件，单击按钮打开任务栏设置对话框，实现：

锁定任务栏位置；

隐藏任务栏通知区域与不活动图标；

禁止“任务栏→工具栏”的添加与拖放功能；

关闭任务栏通知区域清理功能；

隐藏任务栏时钟、自定义工具栏及气球提示；

屏蔽“分组相似任务栏按钮”；

设置气球提示存留时间、出现频率；

设置任务栏时间显示格式及12点或24点的提示信息；

可以部署在服务器上，适合在公共电脑等不方便带文件的场合进行快速系统配置，也适合嵌入到其它程序中，进行快速开发。-Make its own system configuration of ActiveX controls, click the task bar button to open the Settings dialog box, realize:
