这是一个通用的数组编辑器，OceanMap只是我给它起的一个名字。

主要功能：

1. 数组的行和列的个数可以自动进行保存，不必担心丢失数据；

2.可以以命令行方式调用OceanMap；

3.可以把输入的网格型数据转换成矩阵形式。-This is a common array editor, OceanMap only since I gave it a name. The main functions: 1. Array the number of rows and columns can be automatically saved without having to worry about losing data　2. Can call the command line mode OceanMap　3. Can enter the grid-type data into matrix form.
