该功能模块是本系统的核心模块，操作员首先要输入联系人的手机，输入方式有两种：一种是通过直接在接收人输入框中打入对方的手机号码，然后打回车，该手机号码将会自动添加到接收者列表中；另一种方式是通过点击从电话簿选择按钮，该功能可以将电话簿中的某一组联系人手机全部导入接收者列表中。
