DSC（Data Service Center）用来接收和处理DTU发送过来的数据；如上图，窗口1显示当前登录到DSC的DTU的信息，包括该DTU的电话号码、IP地址和端口；窗口2显示当前用短信呼叫DSC请求上线的DTU的电话号码队列，系统会自动处理该队列，也可选择手工处理，处理时，会向该DTU发送一条短信，包括当前DSC的Ip地址和端口；窗口3显示接收到的数据和系统信息，可以选中窗口3上部的“16进制显示接收数据”选项，以16进制显示接收到的数据，“写日志”选项为是否将接收到的数据写到文本文件中，“应答”为接收到DTU数据后，是否向DTU发送一个应答数据包，转发到串口，将接收到的数据从发送出去；窗口4为发送窗口，选中某个DTU后，该DTU的号码会出现在发送窗口中，在右边的文本框中输入要发送的数据，即可将数据发送到DTU。-err
