2、督查管理
对需办文件、领导交办事项和工作计划等办理、落实情况进行跟踪、督促、催办，方便领导随时掌握有关的工作情况，以进行工作的安排、指导。
3、档案管理
对档案的收集、立卷、鉴定、整理、保管、统计、利用、检索、编研、销毁等各环节的工作进行统筹管理，实现对文书、科技、财会、实物、声像、照片等档案的信息一体化管理，全面提高档案管理水平和档案信息资源的开发利用能力。-1, Document Management
