双线性变换算法
输入阶次 ,采样时间 ,控制变量 ( 时 =1, 时 =0)
b1为s函数或z函数多项式的系数,先输入分子的系数(从高次幂至低次幂,高阶系数为零的,应输入0,各系数之间用空格键隔开),再输入分母的系数(从高次幂至低次幂,高阶系数为零的,应输入0,各系数之间用空格键隔开),均存到b1内。
