动态更新下拉列表框（在网上找了不少都不实用，一气之下自己弄了一个，呵呵 有点简陋，可以自己改，目前上传的是 jsp的(已经部署好了)【如果需要的话可以直接改成asp，php或.net,改起来很简单的】）
