2407的移植版本现在网上流行有好几个，有些或项目结构不清晰，有些则包含比较多
的汇编文件或者作者自定义文件，对初学者不太好用。笔者希望提供一个能直接使用
CCS 打开的项目版本，为DSP 和嵌入式系统的初学者提供一点方便^_^。此目录结构
参考王潞钢老师的《DSPC2000程序员高手进阶》的介绍，窃以为适合DSP爱好者作为
C2000的工程模板使用。以后有空将继续进行改进进出临界区的方法，目前是使用直接
