自己学习udp穿透时所所写的代码。（vc2003开发）
有服务器端，客户端，只要把服务器端运行于外网机器，和修改下客户端的服务器地址就可以运行。-p2p penetrating study and practice their own code when written by penetrating udp code. (Vc2003 development) has server-side, the client, as long as the server-side running on the machine outside the network, and modified under the client can run on the server address.
