本来写着自用的工具，源于打澄海3C时，经常太激烈导致War3卡住，切换都切不出来。

此工具可以通过热键在后台直接结束进程，另外屏蔽了左右Win键，和键盘上的Power关机键，并实现了显血功能。

最近已经把程序整个重写，遂把之前的War3Killer源码上传共享。-Originally written for personal use of tools, from playing Chenghai 3C often lead to War3 stuck too intense, switch are not cut out. This tool can hotkey the end of the process directly in the background, while the shielding around Win keys, and keyboard on the Power off button, and realize a significant blood function. Recently had to rewrite the entire procedure, then included the source code before upload War3Killer share.
