本文介绍了应用于有污损条码的图像采集与处理系统。该系统基于数码相机的图像摄入模式,通过DSP(数字信号处

理器)进行图像采集控制,图像去噪、分割等处理,最后由PC机对条码进行识读并显示。研究了系统的硬件组成、软件设计。

应用此系统能够快速的采集并分割有污损的条码图像,并准确的对条码进行识读与显示。弥补了传统基于光电扫描模式对

有污损条码识读能力差的缺陷。

The system is based on a digital camera image intake patterns, through the DSP (digital signal processor) for image acquisition control, image denoising, segmentation and other processing, and finally by the PC machine on the bar code to read and displayed. Studied the system s hardware components, software design. Application of this system can quickly collect and partition have defaced the image of the barcode, and accurate reading of bar code to carry out and display. Make up the traditional model based on the photoelectric scanning bar code reader to have defaced poor flaws.
