在windows的画图程序中，打开“编辑颜色”窗口时，当鼠标在颜色区域移动时，右方显示区域和下方的编辑框会显示相应的颜色和颜色值。

本程序就是仿照Microsoft的这种效果，开发了一个可以实现相似功能的软件。
