本程序是在网友vagrant的升级程序上增加了SQL数据库的更新升级功能，系统中采用了ACCES来存储数据更新的指令，从而达到逐步执行SQL代码的功能，因为在SQL中要创建表、存储过程、视图等对象时，需要删除原有老的对象，但是SQL不支持将这些指令存放在一起，从而导致出错。所以用ACCES来存储数据了



例中将在MASTER中创建p_killspid，该程序过程是用来恢复与备份数据的一部分。
