作用：
读入m12,m13,e11等程序的网格数据，输出.eps格式的图片
(Windows下免费的.eps文件查看软件 http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/)
用法：
1.程序运行时，首先出现提示
“TYPE THE INPUT FILENAME:”
这时直接输入m12,m13,e11等的数据文件
2.“SELECT MESHLINE MODE(0=NONE,1=COMPLEX,2=SIMPLE,3=CUSTOM)”
可以控制网格线的疏密，custom为自定义，若输入3，出现提示
“INPUT A NUMBER N (EVERY N LINES WILL OUTPUT ONE):”
每N条网格线中输出1条
3.“DRAW BORDER OR AXIS(0=NEITHER,1=BORDER,2=AXIS,3=BOTH):”
选择是否输出“坐标轴”和“边框”
扩展：
可以通过drawcfg.ini文件对输出图片进行适当的设置
当drawcfg.ini不存在时，程序采用默认值
其他：
1.由于做了某些假定，在特定情况下，程序可能不能正常运行
