按照Broker模式的要求，实现Client，Broker，Server三种组件(设计为三个class)，不要求设计Client-side Proxy和Server-side Proxy。必须实现如下功能：
• Server可以注册到Broker（使用ID号）
• Broker为Server提供注册服务
• Broker可将client的request转发到正确的server
