这是一个例子程序，主要是向初学者演示一下如何利用WINSOCK在几台计
算机之间互相传输屏幕图象。
抓屏对象为正在运行“屏幕精灵”的计算机，如果关闭“文件”菜单的
“开放端口”选项，别人就无法用“屏幕精灵”查看自己的屏幕了。新建窗
口以后会自动抓第一屏，以后双击窗口就是下一屏，全屏显示后可以通过双
击来关闭全屏窗口。
该程序用C++BUILDER 4.0编译(第一次会因为缺少文件报错，不用跟他计
较，重新编译一次会自动创建的)，由于该程序仅供学习参考之用，且编写较
为仓促，故程序结构略显混乱，大家可以自行做相应修改，但若将其中模块
