建立调度自动化系统数据中心的设计与实施方法,它采用数据库技术,对多来源的数据(例如EMS、二级网、三级网、备用系统、应用软件系统)进行预处理,然后自动判断或人工设置,把有效、可靠的数据存入数据库,以形成全网集中、惟一、实时和统一的数据中心 同时提供标准动态连接库调用和接口给其他系统使用,以满足目前各部门各应用系统对实时数据再应用的需求.
