学习delphi一段时间了，编写了一个从天气信息网站自动读取本地天气信息的小程序，是自动得到本地ip，然后根据ip得到城市，提交给网站得到天气信息，如果得不到城市名称可以输入一个城市名称，由于水平有限，在思路方法和代码的编写有很多问题，希望与广大delphi爱好者们共同学习，共同交流，代码的思路和编写有不足之处，望不吝指出。
