实现如下功能：
调节ADC0的可变电阻时，当输入电压小于1.1V时，LCD 显示红色，当输入电压在1.1~2.2V时，LCD显示绿色，当输入电压大于2.2V时，LCD显示蓝色,同时串口输出电压值。
