本文首先介绍了交通灯的发展历史，微型计算机的发展历史以及微机在各个领域的运用。接着主要对微机8086芯片及8255可编程并行I/O接口芯片的功能和工作原理做了比较详细的介绍，然后以这些芯片为中心器件来设计交通灯控制系统，实现了对红绿灯的燃亮和红绿灯燃亮时间的控制，显示时间通过8255输出，由双色LED灯显示，本系统系统实用性强，操作简单。-This paper first introduces the history of the development of traffic lights, the history of development of micro-computer and computer application in various fields.
