第二代小波有如下特点：（1）所有运算可作本位操作，节省内存；（2）利用复合复制，减少了浮点运算量；（3）一个上升步骤中的所有操作是并行的，而多个上升步骤之间是串行的；（4）逆变换只须简单地改变代码执行的先后顺序，具有与正向变换相同的计算复杂性；（5）由于变换过程中不必依赖Fourier分析，很容易推广到一般性应用领域；（6）易于构造非线性小波变换（如整数变换）。 -Second-generation wavelet has the following characteristics: (1) all computing can be used for standard operation, saving memory　(2) the use of composite reproduction, reducing the amount of floating-point operations　(3) a rise in steps of all operations in parallel, and increased number of steps between the serial　(4) inverse transform simple to change the sequence of code execution, with the same forward transform computational complexity　(5) as a result of having to rely on the transformation process of Fourier analysis, easily extended to general applications　(6) easy to construct non-linear wavelet transform (such as Integer Transform).
