在传统的资源管理及解决方案中应用联邦学习技术进行模型的传递,在无线网络中使用FEDL作为资源分配优化问题,该问题捕获了FEDL收敛挂钟时间和具有异构计算和电源资源的用户设备的能耗之间的权衡。尽管FEDL的无线资源分配问题是非凸的,但我们利用这个问题的结构将其分解为三个子问题,并分析它们的封闭形式的解决方案以及对问题设计的见解。最后,我们用PyTorch实验对FEDL收敛进行了实证评估,并为无线资源分配子问题提供了广泛的数值结果。实验结果表明,在各种设置下,FEDL算法在收敛速度和测试精度方面都优于普通的FedAvg算法。
