车牌识别，设备检测车辆时进行车牌识别、图片抓拍，并且上传识别抓拍结果。车牌识别由前端设备实现，SDK获取设备上传的抓拍识别结果有两种方式：报警布防方式和报警监听方式。报警布防方式，是指SDK主动连接设备建立报警上传通道，设备发生报警之后发送给SDK；报警监听方式，设备发送报警时主动连接SDK并且上传报警信息，SDK在设定的端口上监听和接收。此处介绍报警布防方式接收车牌识别抓拍结果信息的接口实现流程，智能交通摄像机的车牌识别抓拍功能即通过该方式实现的。(License plate recognition, device detection vehicle license plate recognition, picture capture, and upload, identify, capture results.
