## Membuat Data Source ##
1. Buka Control Panel pada menu Start Windows.
2. Ganti View by, menjadi Large Icon.
3. Pilih menu Administrative Tools.
4. Pilih menu ODBC Data Sources.
5. Klik Tombol Add.
6. Pilih MySQL ODBC 5.3 Unicode Driver
7. Masukkan
Data Source Name: ds_upitph
TCP/IP Server: localhost atau 127.0.0.1
User: root
Database: upitph
8. Klik Test, jika berhasil klik OK
