使用.Net开发的一个App应用商店管理系统，具有App展示，上传，下载和管理功能。
文件路径说明：
PictureIndex1为截图一路径索引，数据库中PictureIndex1中存储数据为文件名例如：
1.jpg为截图1的文件名，完整绝对路径应为：工程所在根目录\UploadFiles\AppID\Image\1.jpg
2.例如，cocos2d-x-2.2.5.zip表示的完整路径应为FTP服务器所在根目录\UploadFiles\AppID\Image\cocos2d-x-2.2.5.zip
暂未设置文件上传的类型限制，提供文件限制类别后修改代码即可
若PictureIndex1、PackageIndex类容为空或0表示此文件不存在
工程所在根目录需与FTP所在根目录相同：
例如FTP物理路径设置为 D:\WebSite
网站物理路径也应设置为 D:\WebSite
目前FTP配置连接方式为匿名（Anonymous）
