设置流播放模式
打开文件流或者实时流
根据需要设置回调函数,不需要回调的话,可以不设置
设置解码回调流类型
开始播放文件流或者实时流
输入文件流或者实时流,在调用PLAY_Play之后需要不断调用该函数,如果调用失败,可以sleep一段时间,等待足够的输入缓存-Mainly Dahua device video playback sdk use examples to get free channel number, the user can not call this function to specify a port.
