本文在对目前办公自动化技术发展背景的描述基础上,结合对法院办公的需求分析,采用了目前先进的开发模式,采用了流行的三层架构,设计了一套适合法院的办公自动化系统,并介绍了网络办公自动化系统的设计与开发全过程。系统分析与设计遵循了软件工程的原则,首先对基于的办公自动化系统进行了可行性论证,并对用户需求作了详尽的分析,然后实现系统的总体开发规划,同时解决基于平台的技术问题,按照总体设计、详细设计和系统测试的顺序,逐步完成系统建模并最终实现系统。-This paper describes the basis of the current office automation technology background, combined with the need for analysis of the Court office, using current advanced development model, uses the popular three-tier architecture, design a suitable court office automation systems, and the design and development of office automation system as a whole. System analysis and design followed the principles of software engineering, office automation system based on the first carried out feasibility studies, and made a detailed analysis of user needs, and then implement the system of overall development planning, while addressing technical issues based platform, the order of the overall design, detailed design and system testing, and gradually complete system modeling and eventually the system.
