1， 选中toptp.bat，鼠标右键 编辑，找到if PHP_COMMAND == set PHP_COMMAND=php.exe 这一行， 把php.exe换为你电脑上的php.exe文件地址。这个文件再你的PHP安装目录下可找到。如E:\php\php.exe
2， 配置你电脑的变量环境。右键“我的电脑” “属性” “高级” “环境变量” 选择PATH，点击“编辑”在变量值后输入你php.exe所在目录，如E:\php，注意，如果你电脑以前已经有其他变量值，不要删除他们，在他们的后面输入分号，再输入php.exe所在目录
