1、在网站目录下新建一个plus文件夹，把weixin.php上传至该文件夹下
2、在微信公众平台注册公众账号，注册地址：http://mp.weixin.qq.com
3、注册后，点击“高级功能”，有两种模式，分别为：编辑模式和开发模式
4、将“编辑模式”关闭，才能开启“开发模式”，进入“开发模式”
接口配置信息里：
URL：http://您的网址/plus/weixin.php
Token：weixin
5、配置信息验证通过后将weixin.php改回utf-8无BOM格式-Use steps:
1, in the web directory under the new plus folder, the weixin.php uploaded to the folder
2, in the public platform WeChat registered public account, registered address: http://mp.weixin.qq.com
3, after registration, click on advanced features , there are two modes, respectively: edit mode and development mode
4, the edit mode close, in order to open the development model into the development model
