构建基于WEB的应用系统中，J2EE技术是主流的技术之一，而随着系统架
构和运行环境的复杂化，采取以Struts框架来实现MVC模式和Hibernate框架
来实现ORM持久层的组件化WEB开发技术已逐步成为必然的选择。-To satisfy the ever increasing training demands from basic level
staffs。and to lessen the conflicts arisen from having the staffs to iearn
and work at the same time， being the one and only one staff training
organization catering for the professional skill development an．d training
in the tobacco industry nationwide，we urgently requlre a web—based
distance training system to change our current over’’telIance on
face—to—face training scenario．
Buiit upon Web application system，J2EE is one of the mainstream
technologies．Following the complex development of system fr a mework and
。perating environment， using Struts fr a mework to implement蝌C design
Dattern and Hibernate fr a mework have become the inevitable choice in web
development technique to real ize the modularization of ORM persistent
layer．
