根据实际需要进行添加、删除、修改、查询功能；对单元间隔进行添加、删除、修改、排序功能；对设备进行添加、删除、修改、查询功能。
2、对于新线路/变电站基建验收通过后新投运设备、退役设备重新投运、相关设备的投运，对设备投运提出申请，由市县生技部相关人员对投运设备进行审核，审核通过之后将自动修改设备台账的关联信息。
3、对于新线路/变电站的设备退役进行管理，对设备退役提出申请，由市县生技部相关人员对退役设备进行审核，审核通过之后将自动修改设备台账的关联信息。
4、对于设备报废进行管理，对设备报废提出申请，由市县生技部相关人员对报废设备进行审核，审核通过之后将自动修改设备台账的关联信息。
