随着Android手机的风靡，移动端的各种应用也丰富多彩。GIS的交互展现方式日益发生着变化，由传统的单机PC操作，到Web的浏览，现在移动端（包括手机、平板电脑）的GIS应用也备受用户关注。另一方面，随着云计算的兴起，端的应用将会给我们更加完美的体验。
想法源自于日常的移动端GIS技术交流。用户和开发商使用Android API的过程中，在设计模式、开发方式、图文结合等方面通常遇到的一些问题，通过构建一个基本的框架，让用户能够快速的搭建移动端GIS应用系统，并能够与现有的业务系统良好的集成，发挥GIS更大的价值。

GIS interactive approach is increasingly changing, from the traditional single PC operation, to the Web browsing, now mobile terminal (including mobile phones, tablet) of GIS application and the user watches. On the other hand, with the rise of cloud computing, the application will give us more perfect experience.
Idea is derived from the mobile GIS of daily communication. Users and developers in the process of using Android API, in design mode, ways of development, combination of pictures and words, etc., often some of the problems, by building a basic fr a mework, let users can quickly set up mobile GIS application system, and can good integration with existing business system, play a greater value of GIS.
