此控件是MenuStrip扩展而来。实现了完全重绘，比现有的MenuStrip更加漂亮！
控件提供设置菜单颜色渐变效果，你完全可以设置你需要的效果！
其中BackColor1为渐变开始颜色；
BackColor2为渐变结束颜色；
Direction为设置菜单颜色渐变方向。
