网上只有基于MFC的ButtonST, 而采用ATL+WTL编写OCX时，并没有一个好用的按钮皮肤，
所以自己编写一个基于WTL的ButtonST。
目前已编写了基于WTL的Button, Static, ComboBox, ListBox, Dialog, Slider, TreeCtrl等。
