进给运动方案
我们设计采用的雕刻方式是:雕刻刀具只做高速旋转和Z方向的进刀、退刀运动,而X-Y工作台带动工件作X,Y方向的进给运动,这两个方向的基本运动方式如下:由步进电机的转动带动丝杠的转动,带动了工作台的移动,从而实现某个方向(X或Y方向)的进给运动。在X,Y方向上的导向件采用直线导轨,其导向精度可满足对工作台定位精度的要求。
