之前发布过v1.0（单用户版）及v1.1（多用户版）版本，此v1.4版本美化了版面，部分代码重新编写。
这个版本兼容v1.1版本以上数据库，文件直接覆盖就可以。当然，覆盖前请先做好备份。
此1.5版本大部分代码重新编写，提高了安全系数，改变了导出数据方式等。
主要功能：
系统管理:修改密码
用户管理:管理会员 添加会员
费用管理:添加收入，添加支出，管理类型 ，添加类型
统计报表:收支明细，年度统计
登录页面：index.asp
登陆帐号：admin
默认密码：admin
