DSC（Data Service Center）用来接收和处理DTU发送过来的数据，显示当前登录到DSC的DTU的信息，包括该DTU的电话号码、IP地址和端口。当前用短信呼叫DSC请求上线的DTU的电话号码队列，系统会自动处理该队列，也可选择手工处理，处理时，会向该DTU发送一条短信，包括当前DSC的Ip地址和端口-DSC（Data Service Center）
