在网上找了很多关于截图的软件，都没有发现一个象QQ那样能用快捷键截图的。即使有的可以，但是体积太大而且很多的功能几乎都用不着，有的体积倒是小，可是就只有个区域截图或是全屏截图啊，不能直接保存图片要到Windows的画图程序中保存。所以就想写一个包含常用功能简单实用的截图工具，花了点时间做出来了，源代码里面的注释应该蛮清楚的，很适合初学者。

如果谁把这个程序做了修改，请一定要把修改后的程序发一份我！
