全称Ajax Resendable Transmitter，包括客户端(javascr ipt)和服务器(ASP)两端的程序，用于提供基于Ajax模式的、多信道的、有保证的文件传输服务。
客户端包括ajax.js/art.js两个文件，分别提供ajax层和art层服务，使用时应同时包含这两个文件，首先调用artOpenChannel函数开通一个信道，然后，在需要发送信息时调用artSend函数发送数据。
