一.系统设置
1） 锁定：当登陆到本机的操作员临时离开时，为防止别人操作而设定,只有登陆本机的人,通过输入密码后才能解除锁定。
2） 登陆设置:对操作员进行管理维护 和 修改密码（对登陆本系统的操作员密码进行修改）,本
系统中第 一个登陆的用户为最高权限用户，具有删除操作权限, 其它用户没有此权限，删 除功能不可用。
