单相准Z 源逆变器及其SVPWM 控制策略研究

摘要:主要研究了一种新型拓扑结构的Z 源逆变器,即单相准Z 源逆变器。分析了其等效电路及其运行状态,并将空
间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)技术应用到单相准Z 源逆变器中,着重分析了调制的基本原理并给出了单相准Z 源逆变
器基于SVPWM 的控制策略。仿真和实验结果表明,相对常规Z 源逆变器,准Z 源逆变器能够有效抑制启动冲击电
流,显著降低Z 源网络中电容器件的电压应力,从而节省整体成本、增强了系统可靠性。

Abstract:This paper mainly develops a novel topology,which is called quasi-Z-source inverter(QZSI),derived from the traditional
Z-source inverter(ZSI).The equivalent circuit and operating principle analysis are given and the space-vector PWM
technique is applied into single phase QZSI(spQZSI),the basic modulation principle and control strategy of spQZSI based
SVPWM are showed.The simulation and experimental results indicate the presented QZSI has merits of suppress the inrush
current and remarkable lower component voltage ratings,thus save the entirety costs and strength the system reliabilities.
