Hough变换

要求目标图像为只有0和255两个灰度值的灰度图像。-Hough transform of the function is used to detect the image of parallel lines. If the image there are two parallel lines, two parallel lines will be extracted. Requires the target image for the only two gray values 0 and 255 gray image.
