VS2008开发的VC++笔记记录工具
VC++笔记记录工具，源代码编译运行于VS2008及以上版本，能够快速记录笔记，支持便笺管理和文件管理的一个小工具软件，程序中把CListCtrl 改成可以按文件路径显示文件。
把CRichEdit改成可以显示行号，可以设置背景等，语法高亮暂时没弄出来（主要是闪烁的问题找不到办法解决）。
把CButoon写成符合下列要求：
支持位图、边框、填充颜色三种风格，并且可以内置一个小按钮，像标签上面的关闭按钮。
把CStatic 改写成工具栏使用。在上面创建按钮， 可以从左排列，从右排列等
