这个软件工作的原理及步骤（我的理解）是：
1. 首先将你的图设置成bmp或tiff然后设成灰度（在photoshop或acdsee中完成）
2. 根据灰度设置一个threshold（临界值）给软件，那么它就认为低于该值的像素点不是particle，并且高于该值的点全为particle，从而锐化particle的边缘
