说明：基于插值法的缺损图像修复。程序的模块设计主要分为四个部分：打开、破损图片、修复图片及保存修复之后的图片。其中，打开图片，可以打开本地电脑中任意一处的图片，直接调用控件openFileDialog1可以实现；破损图片的方法是加载打开的图片，然后将设定的破损区域的灰度值都设为255，所以设定区域变成了白色；修复的方法是，获取破损区域的位置，然后采用平均加权插值方法进行插值，修复图片；保存图片，将图片保存在本地，自选定位置和命名。-Inter
