一、 目的
模拟通用ATM客户端运作，包含授权验证、存款、取款、转帐以及查询等功能。
其它支持的功能：
1） 帐目的开设/修改/撤消
2） 密码检测次数设置
（如用户输入错误密码，次数将累计。如果超过规定次数，没收卡，停止帐户。）
3） 每日取款上限金额设置
4） 交易记录次数设置。
（如卡交易记录达到一定次数，银行将停止该卡使用，要求用户取存折登帐。）
5）客户端欢迎词设置

Simulate the operation of Universal ATM clients, including license verification, deposits, withdrawals, transfers and query functions.
Other supported features:
1) The accounts are set up/modify/withdraw
2) Set the number of password detection
(Such as the user enters the wrong password, the number will be accumulated. If more than a set amount, the confiscation of cards, stop account.)
3) the amount of the daily withdrawal limit is set
4) Set the number of transaction records.
(Such as card transactions up to a certain number of times, banks will stop the card to use, requires the user to take account passbook board.)
5) Client Welcome Message setting
