這個小軟件是為了方便網友在茫茫Internet上查找靜態IP的NT主机的。
掃描模式有三種：
1、地毯式掃描：適合掃描小范圍地址段，順序地從頭掃到尾。
2、探雷式掃描：適合掃描大范圍地址段，隨机地掃描，當掃描到一個NT主机后，
在它的鄰近小范圍順序地掃描。
3、僅驗証列表：用于從已經掃描到的主机列表中篩選出靜態地址。-This small software is for the convenience of users in the vast Internet to find a static IP on the NT host. There are three scanning modes: 1, carpet scanning: suitable for scanning a small area above address, the order to start from scratch to the end of sweep. 2, mine detection scanning: suitable for a wide range addresses to scan, random scan, when scanning to a NT host, in the vicinity of its order to scan a small area. 3, only to verify the list: scan from the host has selected a list of static addresses.
