SNIFF嗅探器的完成功能
(1)、用户给出目标地址，当目标地址不是直接IP地址时，需要解析，能给出解析后的IP地址。当目标地址错误或者连接不到时能够给出提示。
(2)、探测数据包从本机地址到达所给定的目标地址需要经过的路由器，列出路由器 IP 地址以及连接时间。
(3)、可以改变数据包参数，以便测试在各种参数的下的连接情况。
