本项目是针对中小型企业人事信息管理系统而设计的。它是利用Visual Basic 6.0为主要开发工具，并结合SQL SERVER 2000和ADO数据库技术开发而成的C/S结构模式MIS系统。本文主要论述了可行性分析、需求分析，软件系统概要设计，数据库设计、详细设计过程、编码和软件测试与调试,以及软件使用方法等,并在此基础上做开发总结。-This project is targeted at small and medium enterprises and personnel information management system designed.
